LOCAL PICK UP
All orders are packed Monday to Friday with same day dispatch when ordered before 2pm AEST (excluding public holidays). For pick up at our Oakleigh Store please arrive between 2pm to 5pm after you have received your confirmation email that your order is ready for collection.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All orders are packed and sent Monday to Friday and within 1 business day of receiving payment.
All orders are sent via Australia Post, include tracking numbers and usually take between 1-2 business days.
Australian orders of $200+ will receive free standard shipping.
Upon lodgement of your order with Australia Post, Lash Envy Pro is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels. 
In the event that that your parcel goes missing, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any duties or additional taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you are aware of any local taxes or duties that may apply before placing your order.
Standard International shipping is available for International orders. 
Prices will vary depending on location & order size.
All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment, from Melbourne Australia.
Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfilment and can be tracked via Australia Post or Sendle. Please note that international orders may take 10+ business days for delivery.
